This organization is not helpful or compassionate to it's residents. They fail to provide a safe living environment. They allow anyone to move in so it seems they are more concerned with having no vacancies on their properties than the safety and well being of good residents. They allow drug dealers and low life people to reside on their property.

This organization is really just not helpful at all. They have no compassion for any of their tenants except the ones that are constantly snitching on anyone and everyone. They don’t fix the security gate when it needs fixing. They allow any and everyone to move in and the tenants that keep to themselves are served evictions in the snap of a finger.. the manager Olga is the rudest manger they had ever hired in the over 5 years I had been there and so nosey.. they don’t exterminate when needed which means roaches are free to multiply for a while couple of months until they feel like calling exterminator
