Works with local agencies and organizations to provide persons in transition with counseling, education, job training, employment services and referrals. Provides food, clothing, information, and financial assistance to pursue educational opportunities, referrals for drug/alcohol rehabilitation, and other social services to those in need. Can provide utility assistance.
