it is a beautiful center but unfortunately, some people who work there are so rude. Sometimes, there is a lack of organization. Like today Friday 25th of May, 2018, they took people to Sunken Gardens. I wrote my name on the list on the first page 2 weeks ago, because the 2nd list was the waiting list. Today a real anarchy, the situation was messy. They were scolding some people. It was humiliating to be around. I asked the driver if she called me, she looked me in the eyes and said no. I showed her my name on the list and sat down waiting for her to call me. At the end, they called many people that fit in the mini-bus, only me. I feel the way how they behaved was not right and is hurtful. You cannot waist people's time and energy mostly when they were senior citizen!

I agree with the other lady . This place would be so nice and convenient if only the front desk people weren’t so rude. It seems like they pick and chose who they will be friendly too .

I was going there regularly, but bc I have to ride 2 r 3 buses to get there at 10:30 I was told by Estella that a racist that the meals are only for regular people. Plus I have to sign the application each time to receive food pantry, other people only sign once a year.
