Owns and manages affordable housing with rates below market rates at 10 multi-family communities throughout Bexar County. Provides resident programming through Learning Centers. Each center is staffed with a Resident Coordinator. Services offered year-round include: Leadership Development and Education for adults and youth. Also offers a program to rapidly rehouse homeless veteran families called House Our Heroes. Also operates a Home Ownership Office set up to assist people interested in purchasing a home. 1. Live in one apt community of Alamo grp Love it & staff. They R lo income so less $ for repairs not emerg level. Make place your own & take pride! So relieved w/Rent $. Allows me to eat well! Also accepts my pet. Couldn't live w/out!
