Offers a series of core services to help prepare people with disabilities and other barriers for employment. Services are free to the general public and include assistance with writing a resume, online job search, employment bulletin boards, GED preparation, community referrals and use of general office equipment. Intensive services for individuals with disabilities and/or barriers to employment are also available using a "prepare, place and retrain" model. Within this model, services such as : case management, transitional employment, assessment services, and job readiness training are available. Goodwill also offers job placement services once a participant has gained the necessary skills for employment then has the capacity to provide follow up services (i.e. job coaching, employer support) once employed.

Fees for Intensive Services are negotiated with sponsoring agencies; many of the general Job Help Center services are free
