Viva Bien - Live Well with Diabetes is a series of 9 classes from the San Antonio Food Bank. This will discuss the basics of diabetes prevention and risk factors, as well as tips for physical activity and nutrition for those with diabetes or pre-diabetes or a family member with diabetes. Cooking demonstrations are part of each session. Participants earn a cookbook and other prizes by attending nine sessions. Free and Bilingual. Please register for this event by calling 210-334-3768 to make sure we have the right amount of seating and food for you!
